Job Opportunity : Administrative Assistant

A client of ours located in Tualatinis looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming business calls and route callers to appropriate destination
• Provide the highest level of customer service to callers, visitors, and employees at all times
• Greet visitors and assist with the check-in of visitors and candidates
• Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office, and coffee supplies
• Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members
• Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other records
• May also assist with other related clerical / accounting duties

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Two to four years related experience is desired
• Proficiency with 2007 Microsoft Office software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to perform diversified clerical functions

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Pay :

$19 / hr DOE
